Le FR1000 est un régulateur UHP pour la livraison de gaz destiné aux semi-conducteurs et d'autres procédés. Avec un débit faible à intermédiaire, il convient aux blocs de vannes, armoires à gaz et autres app. de fabrication de semi-conducteurs.

Description
Les régulateurs FR1000 de Veriflo Division sont des régulateurs de réduction de pression à membrane non jointe, qui offrent une capacité de débit faible à moyen avec une pression d'entrée allant jusqu'à 3500 psig. La série FR1000 assure un contrôle précis du gaz de traitement résultant en un débit et une pression stables fournis aux systèmes en aval, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les blocs de vannes, les armoires à gaz et beaucoup d'applications de fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
La membrane Hastelloy C-22® et la filtration intégrée garantissent un long cycle de vie tandis que le joint à membrane métal sur métal assure l'étanchéité.
La série FR1000 offre les niveaux de qualité, de fiabilité et de performances des produits Parker, à un prix très compétitif. La nouvelle gamme complète nos séries de haute qualité de régulateurs QR4000 et HF1200. En combinaison, ces trois gammes répondent à un large éventail d'applications destinées à la fabrication des semi-conducteurs.
