Description
Product Overview
Parker’s popular Defiant® bag filters have recently been enhanced to better meet today’s challenges in process control and contaminant reduction. Their high-loft synthetic media resists moisture and is protected by a scrim backing to provide maximum dirt holding capacity with low resistance. Continuous hydrophobic fibers in the media are thermally bonded, eliminating the need for chemical containing binders that can promote microbial growth and generate VOCs.
Defiant bag filters are available in a variety of sizes and pocket counts in MERV 15 and MERV 14 efficiency ratings per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2017.
Width and height dimensions are not interchangeable. Bag filters must be installed with pockets running vertically.
Optional headers, gaskets, retainer covers, and pocket loops are available upon request.
